Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Taranaki Monopoly game. If you have any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

14-Day Return Policy 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.

To be eligible for a "change of mind" return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, in its original shrink-wrap, and in re-saleable condition.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at admin@taranakichamber.co.nz. Please include your Order Number and the reason for your return in the email.


Return Shipping & Drop-Offs

For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Alternatively, you can return your game in person to the Taranaki Chamber of Commerce office during business hours to avoid return shipping fees.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Email us at admin@taranakichamber.co.nz with your Order Number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address the issue straight away and cover the cost of return shipping for any faulty or damaged goods. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Please note: for "change of mind" returns, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
