Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

New Zealand

  • Rate: A $10.00 NZD flat rate applies for nationwide shipping to any address within New Zealand.

  • Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, please allow 1-3 business days for delivery to North Island addresses and 2-5 business days for South Island addresses. Delivery to rural addresses may take an additional 1-2 days.

Australia

  • Rate: A $30.00 NZD flat rate applies to all orders shipped to Australia.
  • Estimated Delivery: Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for delivery.

Rest of the World

  • For shipping to countries outside of New Zealand and Australia, please contact us at admin@taranakichamber.co.nz before placing your order. We will happily provide you with a custom shipping quote.


Local Pickup 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Taranaki Chamber of Commerce office.

  • Pickup Location: 42 Egmont Street, New Plymouth.

  • Pickup Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.


After placing your order and selecting 'Local Pickup' at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
